Choco Chip Apple Bread
Updated: Dec 6, 2021
Giving banana bread a run for its money.

This bread is so moist. Sorry if you don't like that word but it is the best compliment for a loaf. The juicy, grated apples perfectly compliment the chunks of chocolate. This loaf is full of wholesome ingredients and sweetened with maple syrup.
I always love baking with apple sauce because it's a great way to add fiber, liquid and volume without excess oil. Plus, since its the only time I buy apple sauce, it is a treat having it in the the fridge.
This bread is great warm but I almost prefer it chilled. Try for yourself and be the judge. This one is sure to be a crowd-pleaser.

1 1/2 cups oat flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 Tbsp ground flax and pumpkin
