No-Bake Chocolate Chip Coconut Bars

Think Chewy but chewier.

These bars are simply delicious. They are made with five ingredients that you probably have at home and can be customized with your favorite superfoods,

and nut butters. The options really are endless. I am always reaching for something sweet and love when I know that my treat is also good for me!

They are crunchy, crumbly and just the right amount sweet. If you make your own version, make sure to tag @cacaoforcoconuts_ on instagram so I can see!



  • 1 cup oats

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut shreds

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup Tigernut butter (any nut butter could work)

  • Handful of chocolate chips


  1. In a food processor add oats, coconut, maple syrup and tiger butter.

  2. Mix until well incorporated, scrape edges if needed.

  3. Add in chocolate chips, pulse in order to keep some structure!

  4. Press the mixture into a parchment lined baking dish.

  5. Freeze for 1-2 hours.

  6. Slice and enjoy!

  7. Store in fridge for optimal freshness!
