Major heart eyes for bright pink smoothies and almond butter swirls.
Start the morning off with a boost of self love. These heart bowls were a gift (s/o to Maddie) and make me so happy.
I load my smoothies up with veggies but it’s always sneaky! You would never know that this vibrant colored smoothie has beet and cauliflower. Well, maybe beet because the color kind of gives it away.
Kick start your day with some veggies. If you need to cover up the veggie taste, try adding dates.
I always top my smoothies with something crunchy! Try eating your smoothie with a spoon. It'll help you to slow down and better digest everything inside.
1 cup cashew milk
I cup frozen riced cauliflower
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup steamed then frozen beet
1 Tbsp creamy almond butter
2 Tbsp ground seeds
1 tsp balance super powder
Add everything to a blender and blend! Depending on the blender, you may need to add more liquid in order to blend.
Transfer to a bowl and top! I make the almond butter swirls with creamy almond butter and a toothpick.
Add a crunch and dig in.
