Chocolate Banana Baked Oats
\Give your oats a glow up.

There are so many ways to do oats. I used to only know the bags of instant oats - any dinosaur egg lovers out there?!
There are overnight oats for the planner, stovetop oats for when you're having a slow morning and baked oats for when you just have a few minutes and then have to jump on a 30 minute call.
You can always load your oats up with protein, nut/seed butters, adaptogens and superfood powders. Keep it simple or make them extra - they are a breakfast staple.
