Jump start your day with a nourishing smoothie bowl.
Dark greens aren't just for dinner! Nourish your body all day long. Veggies can be sweet if they are mixed with complimentary flavors and dressed up with the right toppings.
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
Handful of spinach
1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
2-3 frozen broccoli florets
1/2 frozen banana
1/4 frozen avocado

1 tsp Spirulina
Cinnamon (one shake)
Dulse flakes (one shake)
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 cup water

Blend it all up! Add more liquid if needed.
