Sweet and Green Bowl
Spoonfuls of greens, protein, fiber and healthy fats.

Kiwi is trending right now. I went to go fact check myself on google and learned that there is a bird called kiwi and they are the only birds with nostrils at the end of their beak. There you have it.
Kiwis are high in vitamin C and are also a great source of fiber, potassium and antioxidants. I put a whole one in my smoothie because the skin is where a lot of these nutrients live. I still have a hard time eating the skin since the little hairs tickle my tongue. When its all blended up into a smoothie, you don't even know!
