Spoonfuls of greens, protein, fiber and healthy fats.
Kiwi is trending right now. I went to go fact check myself on google and learned that there is a bird called kiwi and they are the only birds with nostrils at the end of their beak. There you have it.
Kiwis are high in vitamin C and are also a great source of fiber, potassium and antioxidants. I put a whole one in my smoothie because the skin is where a lot of these nutrients live. I still have a hard time eating the skin since the little hairs tickle my tongue. When its all blended up into a smoothie, you don't even know!
handful of spinach
1/2 cup frozen avocado pieces
3/4 cup frozen strawberries
1 kiwi, skin on
1/2 cup frozen papaya pieces
a couple frozen cauliflower florets
1 tsp spirulina
1 Tbsp ground flax
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop pea protein (use code CACAO20 for 20% off)
1 Tbsp sea moss gel
2 Tbsp ground sunflower and sesame seeds (use CC15 for 15% off)
1 cup coconut water
Add everything to a blender. Blend until smooth, add more liquid if needed.
Transfer to a bowl and smooth out.
Use a spoon to swirl almond butter.
Top with berries, superfoods and a crunch.
