Swirls of fruity yogurt and drippy almond butter.
The bowl is my canvas and the options are endless. I don't follow a specific formula for my smoothies other than BALANCE. There is room for a little bit of everything in the bowl. The base of the smoothie has veggies, greens, fruits and proteins.
The toppings can excite all the senses! I like to add probiotic yogurt, nut butter berries, banana and a crunch. I have sweet, salty, soft and crunchy covered! The swirls may just be for pizzazz but they are also so simple to make. Take a creamy topping and spoon it on. Take a toothpick and swirl it around. It is as simple as that!
1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
handful of fresh spinach

Fresh mint leaves
Vanilla yogurt mixed with raspberries
