Blueberry Chocolate Bowl
A smoothie bowl always wins.

I find smoothie bowls to be the best way to add everything I love into one bowl. Fruits, nuts, seeds, veggies, protein, granola, chocolate - you name it! A breakfast is meant to fuel you and I make sure my smoothie bowls do just that.
I sneak in some veggies to all my smoothies. I love to add either cauliflower or zucchini (or both). I used zucchini here! I slice up a zucchini with the peel on and steam it. I then transfer the steamed slices to an ice cube tray and stick them in the freezer. This way they can freeze individually and not form a giant glob. Once they are frozen you can put them into a freezer bag or container!
I always add a protein powder, sea moss gel (it contains 92 out of the 102 minerals that our body needs) and ground seeds for hormone health. The other ingredients fluctuate based on what I am feeling and what I have on hand!

Ingredients
1/2 cup frozen papaya pieces
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen steamed zucchini
1/4 cup frozen avocado pieces
3/4 cup almond milk + more as needed
2 scoops chocolate protein (use code CACAO20 for 20% off)
1 Tbsp sea moss gel
Cinnamon
Toppings
banana
blueberries
mulberries
Recipe
Add everything to a blender. Blend until smooth, add more liquid if needed.
Transfer to a bowl and top!
