Fluffy goodness packed with protein and fats to fuel your day.
Protein fluff has definitely earned its place in my breakfast rotation. I love that you can customize the fluff with your favorite protein, nut butter, seeds, adaptogens, etc. You know me, I am ALL about the toppings. Berries, nut butters and some sort of crunch are the perfect compliment to the texture of the base.
2 Tbsp ground seeds (use code CC15 for 15% off)
1 Tbsp sunflower lecithin
1 Tbsp sea moss gel
1/2 tsp Ashwaganda
1 tsp mushroom mix
2 scoops chocolate protein (use code CACAO20 for 20% off)
frozen wild blueberries

Add yogurt to a bowl and mix in everything else. Add in one ingredient at once so that your powders and seeds stay contained.
Add more yogurt or a dash of nut milk if needed.
Stir until smooth and free of clumps.
