This is more like a delectable breakfast pudding. Thick, creamy and satisfying. Gut-healthy yogurt, plant-based protein and nut butter.

Think of all the combinations there are. If you're overwhelmed, start with the basics. You can't go wrong with chocolate peanut butter.
I use Sprout Living Chocolate Maca protein. I love that they don't use any additives or emulsifiers. The flavors are robust and come from the impressive superfood ingredients. The chocolate maca has cacao, maca and cinnamon. It mixes really well too!
I use Lavva yogurt! It is made from Pili Nuts. Any yogurt works! For the nut butter, I kept it festive. Pumpkin spice peanut butter just always sounds good. Rooted Life Foods has adaptogenic PB.
I have been incorporating ground seeds into my diet to help balance my hormones and aid in cycle regularity. I love how easy Funk it Wellness makes it. I add it to smoothies, oats, protein fluff, toast, etc.
