Finger food and bite-sized.
A sweet treat that you can feel good about having anytime of the day! The contrast of the "dough" with the chocolate base makes for an exciting bite.
I love incorporating protein or nut/seed bars into my treats! It is a great little hack and helps with the protein boost too! B.T.R. Bars are my go-to for no-bake treats, bliss balls and these cookie dough bites.
I'm a sucker for the festive molds. This heart one is my favorite. This also doubles as an ice cube tray! Don't have a heart mold? Any ice tray, preferably silicon, works great! The silicon makes it easy to pop your little treats right into your hand and then into your mouth.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
Pour a shallow layer of melted chocolate into desired mold.
Freeze for 10 minutes, make sure mold is laying flat.
In a blender, make cookie layer by combining oats, almond milk and bars.
Pour over chocolate layer and freeze overnight.
Pop out and enjoy right away or store in freezer.
