Cookie Dough Bites

Finger food and bite-sized.

A sweet treat that you can feel good about having anytime of the day! The contrast of the "dough" with the chocolate base makes for an exciting bite.

I love incorporating protein or nut/seed bars into my treats! It is a great little hack and helps with the protein boost too! B.T.R. Bars are my go-to for no-bake treats, bliss balls and these cookie dough bites.

I'm a sucker for the festive molds. This heart one is my favorite. This also doubles as an ice cube tray! Don't have a heart mold? Any ice tray, preferably silicon, works great! The silicon makes it easy to pop your little treats right into your hand and then into your mouth.

  4. In a blender, make cookie layer by combining oats, almond milk and bars.

  5. Pour over chocolate layer and freeze overnight.

  6. Pop out and enjoy right away or store in freezer.
