Fruits, veggies, seeds, greens and protein blended into a bowl and topped with all the things!
What’s the one kitchen appliance you couldn’t live without?
Mine is a blender, no hesitation there! Not just any blender....
One that is patient with me when I add very minimal liquid (I like them THICK).
One that goes to my bedroom or bathroom with me to blend when my boyfriend is on calls and I need to be quiet.
One that even travels with me whenever possible.
I don’t recommend the later this unless you went to be made fun of! Moral of the story: I love my blender <3
1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen mango
1 heaping Tbsp sea moss gel
2 tbsp ground seeds (use CC15 for 15% off)
3/4 cup almond milk
2 scoops berry protein powder (use CACAO20 for 20% off)
1/3 tsp ashwagandha powder
Blend everything up, adding more liquid if needed.
Transfer to a bowl and top!
