The perfect bite-sized treat. Crunchy on the bottom, tangy in the middle and sweet on top!
Kick off Valentine's week ok by making a treat that you and your body will love!
Malua Bites are delicious, prebiotic snacks made with green banana flour. They are good for the gut and the soul. I used their Vanilla Almond flavor in this recipe.
I absolutely love coconut but don't have a machete handy. Anyone else?! I love that Zuma Valley makes getting coconut meat easy! They sell packs of frozen coconut meat, coconut cream and also have a fresh whipped coconut cream.
I made my own coconut yogurt by combining coconut meat (thawed), chocolate protein powder and coconut butter!
Ingredients
2 packs of Malua Vanilla Almond Prebiotic Bites
1/2 cup coconut meat, I thawed from frozen
1/2 Tbsp chocolate protein powder
1/2 Tbsp coconut butter
strawberries
Recipe
In a food processor, combine oil he coconut meat, chocolate protein and coconut butter.
Scrap edges and mix until smooth.
Transfer to fridge until ready to use!
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Press bites into a small muffin tray with a little indent in the middle to form the “cup”.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Cool and then top with chocolate coconut mix and strawberries!
