If incorporating pumpkin into all my favorite meals is adapting, then I am VERY adaptable. I look forward to this time of year and all the fun traditions that come along with it. The first thing that I do is stock up on pumpkin purée so that I can add it to smoothies, baked treats, chia puddings, stews, curries and just about anything I can think of.
I hope that you enjoy a drinkable version of the classic pumpkin pie. When you use wholesome ingredients, you can (and should) have pie all season long!
