Nourish Bowl with Green Goddess Dressing
Anything in bowl form, please.

I am a huge fan of bowls. Smoothie bowls, burrito bowls, taco bowls and nourish bowls. Start with a grain, add some greens, throw in some veggies, top with some healthy fats, a crunch and a drizzle of something delicious.
The formula works every time. If you meal prep, this is a great way to use everything together. The dressing seals the deal and helps everything to go together.


Bowl
Brown rice
Black beans
Kabocha squash
Lettuce
Pickled cabbage
Avocado
Pepitas
Green Goddess Dressing
1/4 cup original yogurt
handful of cilantro
handful of spinach
juice from 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp pink salt
2 tsp nutritional yeast
Recipe
Prep all the ingredients for your bowl.
Using a small blender or food processor, make dressing. Blend until mostly broken down with a little bit of texture.
Drizzle on your bowl and enjoy.
