Nourish Bowl with Green Goddess Dressing

Anything in bowl form, please.

I am a huge fan of bowls. Smoothie bowls, burrito bowls, taco bowls and nourish bowls. Start with a grain, add some greens, throw in some veggies, top with some healthy fats, a crunch and a drizzle of something delicious.

The formula works every time. If you meal prep, this is a great way to use everything together. The dressing seals the deal and helps everything to go together.



  • Brown rice

  • Black beans

  • Kabocha squash

  • Lettuce

  • Pickled cabbage

  • Avocado

  • Pepitas

Green Goddess Dressing

  • 1/4 cup original yogurt

  • handful of cilantro

  • handful of spinach

  • juice from 1/2 lemon

  • 1/2 tsp pink salt

  • 2 tsp nutritional yeast


  1. Prep all the ingredients for your bowl.

  2. Using a small blender or food processor, make dressing. Blend until mostly broken down with a little bit of texture.

  3. Drizzle on your bowl and enjoy.
