Vanilla Protein Bowl

Yogi bowl but make it protein style!

I am hooked on my protein fluff bowls. The protein powder mixes so well with the creamy yogurt. It is the perfect base for fruit, granola, nut butter and so much more. It is a great alternative to a smoothie bowl when you are crunched for time, or are feeling something more nutty. You still get all the protein, plus probiotics and healthy fats!

I also mix in ground seeds to support my hormones. Did you know that you can sync your cycle to basically every aspect of your life?! It's quite interesting. Seed cycling is a great place to start. The seed mixes that I use are a great intro into this lifestyle.





  1. Cube apples and stew in pan with coconut oil, cinnamon, ginger and any other spices you'd like. Add water and cover pan until apples soften (about 5 minutes).

  2. Combine yogurt, protein powder and ground seeds. Stir continuously until smooth.

  3. Add apples, granola, date syrup and nut butter to your bow.
